New loyalty programme in Spain!

Being a member of Sandos Club means being part of an exclusive group of people looking to get more out of their holidays. Access an infinite world of possibilities and benefits from the moment you sign up, and discover what Sandos Club has for you in its different levels.

The new Sandos Club loyalty programme is valid only for Sandos establishments in Spain. Sandos Mexico maintains Sandos4u. This change of loyalty programme affects only members with nights generated at Sandos establishments in Spain.

How does the new Sandos Club loyalty programme work?

 

  • Members who make bookings at hotels in Spain will no longer generate new coins, but will not loose the coins they already have in their account on the date of activation of Sandos Club (coins generated with booking in Sandos Spain). They will be able to use them for discounts on bookings at hotels in Spain for the next two years.*To do not loose coins and be able to apply benefits it is necessary to register in the new Sandos Club programme.*Extra discount contacting with our call center.

  • Please note that having a loyalty level in one of the two destinations, Spain or Mexico, does not confirm the same loyalty level in the other. The loyalty level will correspond to the number of nights generated in each destination.

  • In the event that a member has generated nights in both destinations, Spain and Mexico, he/she may have two loyalty programmes, one for each destination as appropriate, with the corresponding level in each of them.

  • Members with a current Sandos4u account and nights generated by bookings at Sandos Spain will receive another email to confirm access for registration in the new loyalty programme in the coming days.

 

These are the levels that Sandos Club will initially have along with the benefits of each one of them:

Sandos Club Blue 40

 

 

BLUE

 

  • This is the level that the user receives at the time of registering for the programme. The benefits of the Blue level will be applied from the first reservation.

  • You get a 5% discount for direct bookings on our web or call centre prices.

  • Blue prices on Sandos promotional material in the hotels (purchase of merchandising in the hotel).

  • Blue prices on experiences and services in the chosen establishment subject to availability.

Sandos Club Gold 40

 

 

GOLD

 

  • This level is received by the user who in the last 2 years has stayed 14 nights or more at Sandos Spain. Gold benefits will be applied after upgrading.

  • You get a 10% discount for direct bookings on our web or call centre prices.

  • Gold prices on Sandos promotional material in the hotels (purchase of merchandising in the hotel).

  • Gold prices on experiences and services at the chosen establishment subject to availability.
