SANDOS PLAYACAR
Platinum Tower: Exclusivity and luxury for adults only.
Starting in early 2025, the Platino Tower will mark the beginning of a new era at Sandos Playacar, offering an experience designed exclusively for adults (+18). This new section will feature 40 elegant and spacious rooms, combining privacy, luxury and unforgettable views of the sea or the lush gardens.
With King or Queen bed options and private balconies, the Platino Tower will be the perfect place to enjoy moments of relaxation in an intimate setting. In addition, this new area will include exclusive services that will take our guests' experience to the next level. Get ready to discover it very soon!
Eclipse: The new nightclub that revolutionized the night.
The opening of Eclipse took nighttime entertainment to the next level. This vibrant space offers the perfect combination of music, cocktails and a sophisticated atmosphere that invites you to dance and enjoy until the wee hours of the night. Open every night, it is the ideal place to close the day in style.
SANDOS CARACOL ECO RESORT
1. Cenote Venado: A hidden gem of nature.
Located on one of the hotel's many jungle trails, Cenote Venado has become one of the resort's most captivating experiences. This magical place invites guests to explore and admire its natural beauty. We recommend visiting it at sunset, when the light transforms the landscape into a unique spectacle.
2. Select Beach Club: Exclusive relaxation facing the sea.
Our new Beach Club, reserved for adults staying in the Select Club section, offers an intimate and sophisticated experience. With a resident DJ playing chill house music, lounge chairs, comfortable hammocks and cocktails, this space is perfect for relaxing in the sea breeze.
3. “Las Máscaras” Restaurant: Authentic flavors of Mexico.
The opening of the themed buffet restaurant “Máscaras” brought with it the best Mexican cuisine. From breakfasts with chilaquiles and café de olla to traditional dinners, each meal celebrates the unique flavors of Mexico in a warm and festive atmosphere.
4. L’Elephant Lobby Bar: A stylishly renovated space.
With a remodeling that combines rustic and elegant materials, L’Elephant Bar located in the hotel lobby has been transformed into a modern and cozy place, ideal for enjoying a cocktail in a sophisticated atmosphere.
5. New paddle tennis and pickleball courts.
This year we added modern sports facilities with paddle tennis and pickleball courts, ideal for those who want to stay active while enjoying the natural beauty of the resort.
6. El Nido: 24-hour open-air dining.
Strategically located close to the beach and pools, El Nido is the perfect place to enjoy a meal in a relaxed and natural setting. Open 24 hours a day, it is a must-stop among your eco-activities.
7. Projects underway for 2025 - Oceanfront Infinity Pool.
In the oceanfront family pool area, we are developing a spectacular infinity pool that will combine panoramic ocean views with a modern and relaxing design. This new space will be ideal to enjoy while contemplating the beauty of the Caribbean in an environment full of luxury and comfort.
SANDOS CANCUN
1. Complete transformation: We are now an adults-only hotel.
This year, Sandos Cancun took an exciting turn by becoming an adults-only hotel (+18). This change redefines luxury and privacy, offering a more sophisticated and personalized experience for our guests.
2. Premium Bar: Elegance with spectacular views.
Located on the sixth floor, the Premium Bar was reinvented to be available to all guests. With a selection of signature mixology and coffee specialties, this space combines luxury, relaxation and ocean views.
SANDOS FINISTERRA
1. New pickleball courts facing the Pacific.
For those looking for fun and a little physical activity, we inaugurated new pickleball courts at Sandos Finisterra. These facilities offer an ideal option to enjoy as a couple or with friends, while delighting in the impressive views of the Pacific Ocean.
