How does it work?

  • To receive a free round-trip shuttle transport, you must complete the following requirement for the hotel you are staying at. You can only receive the free round-trip shuttle transport if you book a stay of at least 7 nights at Sandos Caracol, Sandos Cancun, or Sandos Playacar, arriving at the Cancun Airport, and at least 7 nights at Sandos Finisterra arriving at the San Jose del Cabo Airport. All bookings must be made through our website Sandos.com or our call center. IMPORTANT: Notify us with all your information a minimum of 3 days prior to arrival and apply the TRANSFER promo code when booking. Promo codes are not accumulative.
  • It is necessary to contact our Call Center at [email protected] with the following information: Customer name, flight schedule, arrival terminal, departure terminal, airline, number of adults, and number of children.
  • If your stay corresponds to the minimum number of nights required and/or you have made your reservation through an agency or other intermediaries you can get your transfer at an extra cost. Request it by mail to [email protected]

• You can reserve up to 72 hours before your arrival.
If you decide not to use the free transfer, you must CANCEL the shuttle service. 
• All cancellations and modifications must be made at Sandos.com. If you modify your reservation, the cost of the transfer may be affected.
• The free shuttle is shared.
• All details about your flights, such as the number of children and adults traveling, and arrival and departure times, need to be provided to our call center at least 3 days prior to arrival.
