To validate this promotion, you must book directly with our call center or at sandos.com between November 1 and December 2, 2025. Travel dates available at Sandos Caracol Nature Resort, Sandos Cancun, Sandos Playacar, and Sandos Finisterra between November 1, 2025, and December 31, 2026. Promotion valid for a limited time and available only at the properties mentioned. Maximum discount applicable on certain dates. Not combinable with other promotions. This promotion is valid based on the Cancun time zone (GMT-5).  

*  Receive up to an additional 10% discount by becoming a member of our Sandos4U loyalty program. New and Blue level members receive an additional 5% discount, while Gold level members receive an additional 10% discount. To apply this benefit, you must be registered in the program before completing your reservation.  

* To receive the $550 USD Resort Credit, you must book using the promotional code RESORT25. One voucher per reservation will be given at check-in. Vouchers can only be used during your stay. Not applicable to groups.  

* The offer of 2 kids stay free applies exclusively to children under 12 years of age. Offer valid only at Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Sandos Playacar. Children over the age count as adults and do not participate in promotions. Available travel dates at Sandos Caracol are from March 22 to October 22, 2026. Available dates for Sandos Playacar are June 1 to July 5, 2026; August 23 to October 28, 2026; and December 1 to December 20, 2026. May be limited to certain room categories. Restrictions apply.   

* The interest-free months option applies to Sandos Caracol, Sandos Playacar, Sandos Cancun y Sandos Finisterra properties and to participating credit cards issued by selected banks in Mexico. The number of months available, minimum purchase amount, and specific conditions may vary depending on the banking institution. * The welcome gift can be obtained by redeeming it through the Sandos4U member site, available at members.sandos4u.com or via access from www.sandos.com 

To complete the redemption, the guest must register the reservation corresponding to their current stay in the “My Reservations” section of the portal and ensure that the reservation status is “Check-in”. Once this requirement is met, the gift may be redeemed from the “Catalog” tab. 

After completing the redemption process, the guest must visit the Concierge team to collect the voucher and finalize the request. 

The complementary gift is valid for one time per reservation number. Requests must be made no later than 24 hours before check-out; otherwise, the gift will be subject to availability. 

This benefit is free of charge and available to all registered Sandos4U members, including new members, and applies to all membership levels (Blue and Gold). Coins are not required to redeem this gift.
