To complete the redemption, the guest must register the reservation corresponding to their current stay in the “My Reservations” section of the portal and ensure that the reservation status is “Check-in”. Once this requirement is met, the gift may be redeemed from the “Catalog” tab.

After completing the redemption process, the guest must visit the Concierge team to collect the voucher and finalize the request.

The complementary gift is valid for one time per reservation number. Requests must be made no later than 24 hours before check-out; otherwise, the gift will be subject to availability.

The “2 Kids Stay Free” offer applies exclusively to a maximum of two (2) children per room, provided they share the room with at least two (2) adults paying the full rate. This offer is valid only at Sandos Caracol Nature Resort & Water Park. Eligible kids ages 3 to 12 at the time of check-in; kids exceeding the age stated above will be considered adults and will not qualify for the offer. For the option with a booking period available through December 20, 2027, and a travel period from the date of purchase through December 20, 2027, the promotion is limited exclusively to the Eco Penthouse and Pool View Penthouse categories.
For the option with a booking period from June through October 29, 2026, and a travel period available through October 29, 2026, the promotion applies to all family room categories (Eco Superior, Eco Junior Suite, Eco Penthouse, Pool View Superior, Pool View Penthouse, and Pool View One Bedroom Suite). This promotion is limited exclusively to suites in the Platinum Tower section (Platinum Master Suite Ocean Front, Platinum Master Suite, Platinum King Junior Suite Ocean Front, and Platinum King Junior Suite).
